Campus Recruitment

One of the aims of ODSS is to bridge the gap that currently exists between Academia and Industry. The honourable President of the country, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, recently mentioned that a majority of college graduates in our country are not employable. We currently have tie-ups with Amity University, Jaipuria University and Lovely Professional University, and are able to provide candidates for a variety of specialized/generic profiles, depending on the specifications mentioned by our clients.
Front-line Recruitment

We have a team of experienced professionals who are skilled at identifying and recruiting executives from various locations, industries and channels, and are thereby able to meet your requirements for skilled front-line executives for both voice and non-voice based processes. We also provide train & hire solutions in case the candidates identified need a few weeks of training before they are fit to be hired.
Support Recruitment for Senior/Specialized Profiles

We have a separate, dedicated team of senior professionals with a number of years in HR/Training, whose core deliverables lie in networking, identifying, interviewing, conducting reliable reference checks and other tests to ensure that the right candidate is identified for the role specified by the client. New Hire Solutions

When it comes to training your new-hires, the team at ODSS has over a decade of training experience. We provide a number of options for your training needs:

  • Contractual Trainers – We provide trainers who can be hired on short or long term contracts ranging from a month to a year.
  • Freelance Trainers – We provide trainers on a freelance basis, when the business model is based on seasonal spikes that run over a few days to a few weeks or a few months.
  • Train & Hire Services – We train candidates at our facility, once they are identified by the client as trainable resources. Based on an agreement between the client, ODSS and the candidates, we train candidates to get them ready to be assessed on parameters decided by the client.
  • Assessment Solutions – Our team has engaged with professionals from over 50 countries, across continents, and has the experience of running assessments for both voice and non-voice processes. We design assessments based on client requirements, and are also able to work on existing assessment systems that the client might have developed.

Train the Trainer Solutions

One of the specializations at ODSS is Train the Trainer programmes, which includes Master Trainer Certification Programmes, Process Trainer Upskilling Programmes, and V&A and Soft Skills TTTs. Our director, Dr. Asher Jesudoss, is an IBM-certified Grand Master Trainer who has run TTT programmes all across India, as well as in China, Vietnam and Egypt. These programmes focus on themes like principles of Adult Learning, Classroom Management & Facilitation Skills, Making Lesson Plans, Body Language, Ice Breakers, Attention Grabbers, Energizers, Games and Activities for Training, Principles of ID, and a host of other themes essential for effective classroom or online training.
Instructional Design & Content

At ODSS, we provide Instructional Design for programmes as well as training modules, and our experts have created content for clients such as D&B, Yahoo, Citibank, Nokia, United Airlines, etc. We conduct a detailed Training Needs Analysis, after which we take the inputs of all the stakeholders involved before we work on the training material for any given programme. Some of our content solutions include Facilitators’ Guides, Participants’ Guides, Participant Handouts, PPTs, Elearning Tools & Solutions, and other Training Peripherals.

Solutions for CSR Initiatives with NGOs

ODSS also offers skill development solutions for CSR initiatives with NGOs. We work with NGOs like IGSSS to impart Professional Skills to underprivileged youth, so that they can be job-ready, in addition to the skills imparted by NGOs. The solutions we offer include skills like confidence building, interview skills, body language communication skills, soft skills, and financial literacy. Once trained on the core skill as well as these employability skills, these trainees can be recruited for roles that might exist with the sponsor company, or with other companies. ODSS helps liase with potential employers for these candidates as well, with an aim to create employment, which is the desired end result for our training programmes.

International school education has come a long way over the last 30-50 years. Foreign University Application

Our social sector initiatives aim at improving the well-being of individuals in society so that they can realise and reach their full potential. Reaching vulnerable sections of society and contributing to their overall well-being and development is of significant importance to us. By empowering such sections of society, it is hoped that all individuals have equal control over their lives, are able to take important decisions pertaining to their livelihood and are given a platform of equal opportunities.

The objective was to engage with the community whom IGSSS was giving vocational support to, in order to help the underprivileged women become skilled and gainfully employed. The target audience were the underprivileged who live in urban slums, members of both genders, and their age ranges from 15 years to 40 years. They were trained on negation skills, goal setting, interview skills, expressing thoughts, comprehension and financial literacy. Through these training sessions, essential life skills were imparted to the members of this community, in order to make them employable and tenable in the workforce.

The purpose was to develop and empower Lila girls into responsible human beings, to be able to contribute to the betterment of self and roles that they play in the society. The target audience were 2000+ college girls from 1st and 3rd year. They were trained to gain a basic understanding of personal, family and societal values & ethics. Through these trainings, foundational skills were worked on, to increase the employability prospects of the participants.

The objective was to provide holistic counselling, training and monitoring services to help beneficiaries become self-sufficient and secure a job in the market. The target audience consisted of the underprivileged girls and women of Kusumpur Pahari Community Area. The training topics included personality development, communicative english & professional etiquette, digital, financial & legal literacy, and risk taking ability & moving out of one’s comfort zone. Through these trainings, foundational and life skills were worked on, in order to improve the livelihood of the members of this community.

An Online Interactive Training Programme was designed for school students as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. The following 10 modules were included:
